I’m on a hop! Do you LOVE, LoVe, love washi tape like i do? It is some type of side effect of the “art supply hoarding syndrome” i have. I don’t know WHAT it is about washi tape, but i just can’t get enough. Yes, crazy, i know. For me, it’s the perfect accessory for my art work. My sweet art friend Aimee Dolich over at Artsyville has just launched her fabulous art on a SIX ROLL collection of washi tape!! I aodre her and her whimsical style, we are perfectly matched “art soul sisters”.
This is my Artsyville tape fashion show! My favorite use of washi tape is to attach and frame my lettering pieces into my art journals. These are samples of hand lettering with a white Signo gel pen on scrap paper lunch bag. I cut it into smaller shapes and wrote some fun phrases referencing:
Visit my other artsy friends and have fun on the hop with TEN chances to win a heap of Artsyville washi tape from Aimee.

Love taping all sorts of things into my journal!!
It should be used everywhere!! Adding pages to journals, decorating containers in studio, just adding a little something to a journal page, but my fav is decorating packages to be mailed. I always hope that it makes someone smile along the way, as well as the recipient!!

I use it to impress people – whenever and wherever I can.
I like to put it in a drawer and occasionally take it out to stroke it . . . . LOL
I love using washi tape in my art journals and cards…and the 4×4 chunky book pages I make for trades. I also like the idea of covering paper pieces in tape and then die cutting them. Love your tape philosophy 🙂
Love to use it to tape down the outline of Sunday's sermon into my church journal! Doodles, washi tape and God's word–doesn't get any better!

I like to use washi tape in my journals to attach items and "just because"!
LOVE, LOVE the washi tapes & the way you showcased them! Awesome! I use washi tape to "enhance" my greeting cards, tape up envelopes going through the mail & tape around my hand-painted post cards. (Umm – let's see also utilize washi tape for wrapping presents & making gift bags!) FUN. Thanks for the chance,Grandma Nancy Sapp

I have not used washi tape yet, but would love to do so, and these 6 rolls would be a great start
My favorite thing to do with my washi tape (and Aimee's especially!) is to tape love notes to my family – all over the house. High and low, in regular places(the referig front) and unexpected places(the last package of toilet paper!) I THINK the reason I love washi is because it is so easy, and colorful, and just stinkin' GREAT stuff!
I love making backgrounds with washi tape. On cards, books, and other fun home decor items. Thank you for the chance to win some wonderful new tapes!!!
I'll use washi tape in my art journal and my handmade cards. This touch of colorful fun is a good thing!
I LOVE to use Washi tape at the top of a folder tab. I have a template to create 15 different tab shapes; trace & cut them from card stock, fold, attach across top with WASHI tape to cards, then zentangle or calligraph on outside & inside of tab. Lots of fun & so quick & easy!!!
To tell the truth, I have not used it at all……but when I saw this tape I went ga ga…..omg, it is fantastic…….hope I win but I know I will hp on over to buy some….

Decorating envelopes!
Hi Joanne! I mostly use washi tape in my mix media art journals, I love reenforcing pages with it, lining the edges of my pages or putting them on the signature seams to prevent paint from seeping through to the other pages. Thanks for the chance to win some!
I love to decorate my art journals and sometimes on greeting cards or scrapbook pages.
